Overview

This page documents all published and planned versions of the Recursive-LD standard. Versioning follows the rule: v1.x for backwards-compatible refinements, v2.0+ for structural changes that may break compatibility.


Published Versions

Recursive-LD v1.0 — Initial Release

Date: 2025-11-15

The foundational edition of Recursive-LD, establishing the core vocabulary for cognitive traces, recursive steps, epistemic lineage, and interpretability metadata. This release defines the canonical context and sets the baseline for conformance.


Planned Versions

Recursive-LD v1.1 — Expanded Metadata (Planned)

Status: Under discussion

A backwards-compatible refinement focusing on enhancing interpretability metadata and recursive diagnostic fields.

Recursive-LD v2.0 — Structural Recursion Upgrade (Planned)

Status: Future development

The first major revision to the standard, introducing structural changes and expanded expressiveness beyond v1.x constraints.
